FLT Counterbalance Driver – £27K plus bonuses\\n \\n📍 Leamington Spa | Permanent | Immediate Start\\nPertemps are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and innovative manufacturing client based in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Reach and/or Counterbalance Driver to join a forward-thinking business offering genuine long-term prospects and full training on specialist machinery.\\n\\nJob Role:\\n\\nOperate FLT Counterbalance trucks to unload stock from racking\\nLoad stock into trailers in line with health & safety standards\\nSupport press machine operations (full training provided)\\nShrink wrap pallets and prepare orders for dispatch\\nMaintain a clean and organised working environmentShift Pattern – Team 4:\\nYou will work a rotating continental shift pattern, consisting of 12-hour shifts (days and nights) with regular rest days:\\nDay shift (06:00–18:30) Night shift (18:00–06:30)\\nThe shifts have been designed by their current employees to ensure they get the best working hours with days off.\\n\\nExample 4-week rotation:\\nWeek 1: OFF OFF OFF / DAYS DAYS DAYS DAYS\\nWeek 2: OFF OFF OFF / NIGHTS NIGHTS NIGHTS NIGHTS\\nWeek 3: NIGHTS NIGHTS NIGHTS / OFF OFF OFF OFF\\nWeek 4: DAYS DAYS DAYS / OFF OFF OFF OFFThis pattern then repeats.
