We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Customer service and sales advisor to join our client based in rural Stratford Upon Avon. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets, and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales, expanding our client base, and helping us achieve our business goals. Reporting to the General Manager the customer service and sales advisor represents the company, both on the phone and face to face, you will be expected to identify new sales leads, working with customers to find their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. You will focus primarily on managing and expanding trade accounts, while also ensuring high levels of customer service and contributing to team success. This role is heavily focused on trade sales and business development, along with dedicated time to customer service, teamwork, and supporting the broader sales team. The position will involve working Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm (slight flexibility is available) and 1 in every 3 Saturdays which is worked from home.
