We are seeking a motivated and professional Administrator to join a well-established company based in Warwick on a full time, permanent basis with a starting salary of up to £26,000. The team is small but dynamic and is committed to maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyones contribution is valued. As a key member of the team, you will be integral to the smooth operation of the business. Working hours for the role will be Monday Thursday 8.30am till 5pm and Fridays 8.30am till 4pm. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments as required, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring that information is accurately processed and distributed. Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important company records and documents. Support the management team with the coordination of tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is prioritized efficiently. Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage queries from clients, customers, and colleagues. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workplace is well-organized and operational.
