You will have strong attention to detail and quality.\\n \\nSome of the job detail includes: \\n\\nFollow current work instructions for maintaining accurate record keeping.\\nDeliver work to the highest standards\\nShow flexibility and openness to new tasks and training.\\nConsistently work to achieving individual KPI\\nRaise new part number requests when required\\nNotify leadership of inventory discrepancies or non-conformities immediately\\nAccurately log all parts used to ensure inventory quantities are correct\\nCollaborate effectively with others in the department to achieve business goals\\nConduct all communications with customers franchisees in an effective way, always using professional language\\nDemonstrate a consistent focus on the providing the high levels of customer satisfaction expected\\nActively seek ways to reduce waste or improve service\\nAide Manager in departmental process development\\nHelp in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement \\nWe are looking for someone who:\\n\\nHas prior technical experience in assembly of mechanical equipment in an engineering business\\nCan work safely and independently\\nCan achieve daily targets\\nIs IT literate and has experience with ERP systems and/or digital job cards\\nCan collaborate with team to ensure daily tasks are performed and improve SOP’s\\nCan read & write fluently in English and conduct themselves professionally in customer communications. \\nInterested?
