- Has prior technical experience in assembly of mechanical equipment in an engineering business
- Can work safely and independently
- Can achieve daily targets
- Is IT literate and has experience with ERP systems and/or digital job cards
- Can collaborate with team to ensure daily tasks are performed and improve SOPs
- Can read & write fluently in English and conduct themselves professionally in customer communications
