We\’re looking for an organised, detail-driven HR Administrator to join our busy HR team on a 12-week contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for supporting people, and enjoy keeping processes running smoothly, this could be the role for you. About the Role As our HR Administrator, you\’ll play a vital part in ensuring our HR operations run like clockwork. You\’ll be the go-to person for managing our shared HR inbox, tracking absences, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting everything from right-to-work checks to interview scheduling. Your work will help keep the team organised, compliant, and able to deliver excellent service to our employees. Key Responsibilities – Shared HR Inbox Management – Respond promptly to employee queries, escalating where needed. – Absence Tracking – Keep precise records, manage return-to-work processes, and produce absence reports. – HR Administration – Prepare contracts, update employee files, coordinate meetings, and process resignations. – Right to Work Compliance – Conduct and maintain accurate checks for all staff. – HRIS & Data Management – Maintain employee data with complete accuracy and confidentiality. – Employee Relations Support – Assist with low-complexity meetings such as absence investigations and wellbeing discussions. – General Support – Handle scanning, document filing, KPI reporting, and other ad hoc duties as needed. What We\’re Looking For – 2+ years\’ experience in a HR-related role. – Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll/benefits, and relevant legislation. – Experience managing HR systems and working in a fast-paced team. – High attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. – Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). – Ideally, experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
