Job Title: Estimator Location: Northampton / Hybrid. There will be extensive travel to site locations included Experience: New & Veteran Job seekers may apply. Salary: Dependant on Experience Travel: Car or Car Allowance + many more exclusive benefits   Job Description: Carrying out take offs and the production of robust bills of quantities. Prepare detailed time, cost, materials, and labour estimates for projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents. Collaborate with Clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations / pricing. Conduct site visits (where required) to assess conditions and gather data that may impact project costs. Adjusting estimates as necessary to reflect changes in project scope or conditions. Ensuring all proposed contracts and terms and conditions are reviewed. Attend site meetings and ensure accurate measures and knowledge of the job is gained Collate and resolve tender/client queries Pricing of variations Maximise sales opportunities and update sales pipeline Be able to spot opportunities in tenders to secure a competitive edge Report and present tender submissions, to final submission Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide informed estimates. Assist in the development of project budgets and rates Monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with estimates. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects Source and order supplies as and when needed Represent the company in its best interests at all times  Additional information:   This is an office-based role Working hours 8-5 Expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy Travel expenses will be compensated by keeping record of the miles travelled Company pension scheme  Interested?
