They are looking to strengthen their sales within engineering and are seeking a dynamic and innovative Commercial Sales Engineering Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join our team.
This role combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer solutions. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with design engineers to ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations in the competitive market landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and support throughout the sales process. Present design simulation, layouts, concepts and lead technical consultations to prospects and clients.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that leverage our companies.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including application engineering and product development. Collaborate on product enhancements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Training and Development: You will initially work alongside the current sales team to understand the collaborative sales approach and relationships with key accounts ensuring a smooth transition and deep understanding of our core values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
