Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts/Clerical Manager to oversee all aspects of their financial operations, primarily managing accounts on SAGE Line 50 software. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, handling customer interactions, and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Managing purchase orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently.
- Maintaining stock control records to optimize inventory management.
- Addressing general day-to-day inquiries related to accounts and clerical matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar office environment is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- Proficiency in SAGE Line 50 or similar accounting software is essential.
