3.5T Van driver needed for an immediate start in Dunstable! You will be responsible for delivering and collecting plant & tool hire equipment to different sites across the country. Daily drops can vary with trips back to the depot to collect equipment. This is ongoing work.. Monday-Friday 5:30am – 2:30pm, £13 an hour with overtime paid at £15 per hour. What you will need to bring to the Driver role: – You will be a fully competent driver with licence category B, preferably with a clean driving licence (no more than six points) – Licence category E with Driver CPC and Digital Driver Card would be desirable (training may be available) – It’s essential that you have good customer service and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships and represent the company in a positive manner – A flexible and adaptable approach you will be an effective team player – You’ll be articulate and organised, with a good level of attention to detail and accuracy – A strong commitment to and awareness of Health and Safety as you’ll be required to comply with H&S legislation Previous experience as a van driver required
