We’re Hiring: 2 Recruitment Consultants – Temp & Perm Desks

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role. Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Location: SL3 0AA | Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 or 08:30–17:30

Salary: Dependent on experience + excellent incentives

Full UK Driving Licence required

Temporary Recruitment Consultant – Hot Desk

Hit the ground running with a fast-paced, high-volume temporary desk. With live jobs ready to fill and clients raring to go, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, reactive environment. Your day will include:

  • Managing live client accounts and urgent bookings
  • Interviewing, screening, and onboarding temporary staff
  • Coordinating daily shift cover and availability
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk

Step into a desk with existing perm business. You'll focus on nurturing current relationships, building new ones, and delivering high-quality permanent placements. Perfect for someone who enjoys a more consultative recruitment style. Your day will include:

  • Managing permanent vacancies and the full recruitment cycle
  • Interviewing and matching candidates to client needs
  • Developing warm leads and expanding business opportunities
  • Delivering a tailored, professional service
