Job Description
- Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles across the Fire & Security and M&E industry
- Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews
- Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing clients
- Working closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver accordingly
- Keeping the CRM system updated and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous recruitment/resourcing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients over the phone and face-to-face
- A genuine interest in the Fire & Security or Technical/Engineering sectors is a bonus
