Job Description

ResourcerWe are looking for a passionate and driven Resourcer to join our fast expanding Fire & Security/M&E team based by Heathrow Terminal 5 . You will be joining  a warm desk, supported by a highly experienced team with a strong client base and a full order book of exciting roles.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, rewarding recruitment environment, focusing on both permanent and temporary hires across the fire and security/M&E sector with lots of opportunity for professional growth.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles across the Fire & Security and M&E industry
  • Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews
  • Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Working closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver accordingly
  • Keeping the CRM system updated and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment/resourcing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and target-driven
  • Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients over the phone and face-to-face
  • A genuine interest in the Fire & Security or Technical/Engineering sectors is a bonus
