The Role:You'll play a key role in managing export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.?? Your Responsibilities:??Data entry, booking collections & export entry processing ?? Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service ?? Co-ordinating export groupage and full-load movements ?? Liaising with transport companies to meet delivery schedules ?? Monitoring emails ?? Supporting the team with various operational duties �? Late finish once a week for loading & customs completion �? What You Need to Be Considered:? Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping? Strong exports & customs knowledge ??? Ability to meet deadlines ?? Computer literate ??? Great attention to detail ??? Excellent communication & customer service skills ????
