Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Vetting Administrator to join their Security Vetting Team. This role plays a key part in supporting Case Workers with the administration of security clearance requests, compliance activities, and general case management. The successful candidate will act as a key contact for employees and clients, providing updates, advice, and guidance on all matters related to Security Vetting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to join a specialist team operating in a critical compliance and security environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review incoming emails, queries, and follow-ups into the case management system.
• Maintain accurate and timely records across all relevant HR and vetting systems to ensure effective information management.
• Conduct pre-screening and triage activities prior to submission for higher-level security clearances.
• Follow up on delayed applications, references, and responses across all clearance cases.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to update on progress with specific work and maintain accurate records
