Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various ceremonies (e.g. marriage, civil partnerships, citizenship) across Harrow venues, occasionally addressing large groups and standing for long periods.
- Ensure legal compliance during registration of marriages and civil partnerships at approved locations.
- Act as Responsible Person when required, supporting the Superintendent Registrar or Registration Manager.
- Identify and act upon concerns such as sham marriages, unruly behaviour, or incomplete documentation-escalating to appropriate authorities when necessary.
