This temporary position offers a competitive pay rate of up to £27.41 per hour Umbrella PAYE, excellent training, career development support. Main Responsibilities of a Property Leasehold Officer: \” Manage service charge income, including personal contact, report production, and liaising with mortgage lenders, court services, and legal teams. \” Proactively contact leaseholders to address non-payment issues. \” Assess income and expenditure, establish repayment agreements, and monitor repayments. \” Identify and refer leaseholders with serious debts to advice services. \” Create and manage payment plans, promoting Direct Debits and Standing Orders. \” Set up and monitor Direct Debits, and process cheques. \” Investigate and process payment transfers, refunds, and misallocated payments. \” Handle service charge enquiries, resolving issues or referring them as needed.
