Job Description
- Support tenancy and leasehold issues, collaborating with partners and service providers.
- Assist in database management and rent collection system maintenance.
- Handle initial enquiries from customers approaching the Housing Department.
- Undertake low-level actions to prevent arrears and manage housing.
- Conduct Tenancy Audits, Vulnerable Visits, and Settling-in visits.
- Support housing officers with Gas Access and EICR compliances.
- Fulfil reasonable management requests.
- Assist with Right to Buy queries and applications.
Experience and Skills:
