We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administrator for our National Client based in Gloucester paying £14.88 per hour.The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other essential office software, and will possess excellent organisational skills. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. About the Role Our client, a well-known national leader in the logistics sector, is looking for an Administrator to join their team with the exciting opportunity to be part of a new start-up project. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, reception work, supporting the team with deliveries, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks around the premises. It’s an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a growing project, where you will play a key role in helping the business succeed. Key Responsibilities: – Perform administrative tasks and manage daily operations. – Handle reception duties and greet visitors. – Assist with small parcel deliveries and occasional walking around the premises. – Support colleagues by fetching individuals from the shop and performing ad-hoc tasks as needed. – Ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the team. Key Requirements: – Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and general office software. – A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when needed. – Good team player with the ability to work independently. – Physically capable of walking around the premises and carrying small parcels as needed.
