Warehouse Picker & Packer – needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: Starting at £12.80 per hour (increasing with training), Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week – 5 shifts, Start Times: 07:00 / 09:00 weekdays, 07:00 Saturdays, Location: Tewkesbury, Contract: Temp-to-perm (12 weeks).

Join a well-established logistics and distribution operation! We’re looking for motivated Warehouse Pickers & Packers to support a busy chilled warehouse in Tewkesbury. This Temp-to-Perm opportunity offers long-term progression, full training, and hands-on experience using modern warehouse technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick and pack stock accurately for customer orders
  • Rotate and replenish stock as required
  • Load and secure orders for dispatch
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area
  • Operate PPT/LLOP equipment (training provided)
  • Work as part of a fast-paced warehouse team

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
  • Flexible and reliable with transport to Tewkesbury
  • Warehouse or FMCG experience helpful but not essential
  • Willing to undertake training for PPT/LLOP licence

Shift Pattern

  • Weekdays: 07:00–16:30 / 09:00–18:30
  • Saturdays: 07:00–16:00
  • 37.5 hours per week (average)
  • Flexibility to stay longer on shift if required
  • Shifts vary weekly based on production needs
