Join a busy logistics operation in Tewkesbury! We’re looking for a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support warehouse and stock movement tasks. This is a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering long-term stability.
What You’ll Do:- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Move pallets, stock, and materials around the warehouse.
- Support goods-in and goods-out operations.
- Complete general warehouse tasks when required.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
- Valid, in-date Counterbalance certificate.
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience.
- Ability to work all shift options.
- Flexible, reliable, and safety-focused.
- Happy to work indoors and outdoors.
- Weekdays: 04:00–09:00 starts
- Saturday: 04:00–07:00 starts
- Shifts vary weekly based on production needs.
- Pay rise after training.
- 12-week Temp-to-Perm route.
