We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Training Coordinator to join our fast-growing and innovative national training organisation based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in our National Training office, supporting high-profile clients and leading operational excellence across the team. Offering a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, you will typically work Monday to Friday in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

As our Senior Training Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing key aspects of service delivery, supporting team members, and maintaining the smooth running of our training operations across the UK. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the coordination of training courses for a diverse client base
  • Supporting contracts and client relationships at a senior level
  • Overseeing the quality assurance of training paperwork and learner documentation
  • Responding to high-level client queries and supporting business development opportunities
  • Monitoring team performance and reporting to the Service and Delivery Manager
  • Working confidently with internal systems such as our CRM to maintain records and ensure reporting accuracy

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in training coordination, project administration or a senior office-based role
  • A high level of attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • A minimum of GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
