Production Team Leader based in central Cheltenham, Permanent Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week, Salary: £31,075 per year, Holidays: 28 Days, Immediate start for the right person following successful interview process.

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to guide, motivate, and develop a dedicated team in our clients fast-paced industrial division.
You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, hit performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction all while fostering a safe, hygienic work environment.
You’ll report to the Production Manager and may occasionally cover for both the Production and Operations Managers, giving you valuable exposure to broader operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet operational KPIs and budgetary targets.
Monitor and maintain top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
Support daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
