The Role

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality outputs. You will work closely with both office teams and the shop floor, using your technical knowledge to solve issues, gain additional information, and monitor progress. Candidates with CNC or manual machining experience, including milling, turning, or gun drilling, will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support for production processes and resolve technical issues.
  • Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and gain additional information.
  • Monitor progress and ensure production schedules are met.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and quality.
