Be part of an exciting new startup project as an Electrical Assembly Operative in Gloucester! Earn £14.88 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Operative our Client in Gloucester. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels to specification. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with technical skills and experience in electrical assembly work. Key Responsibilities: – Assemble and wire control panels according to diagrams and specifications – Use hand tools and testing equipment safely and accurately – Ensure quality and compliance with safety standards – Troubleshoot and inspect assemblies for accuracy and function Requirements: – Manual Dexterity: Ability to pass a dexterity test – Experience: Prior experience in electrical or panel assembly preferred – Security Clearance: Must pass a security vetting process – Initial Interview: An interview will be conducted as part of the selection process – A degree of flexibility What We Offer: – Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00. – Pay – £14.88 per hour. – Weekly Pay each Friday, Monthly Pay available, Access to pension – PAYE. – Full training will be provided, Ongoing weekly work, Free Staff Parking. – Dedicated local Consultant, 24/7 contact available. – Enrolled in our pension scheme.
