We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join a respected roofing and builders merchant based in Gloucester. You will be delivering building materials to construction sites and private customers across the region; no two days are the same!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver who enjoys being out on the road, operating a crane, and providing top-tier service to trade and domestic customers alike.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB (brick grab)
- Deliver a variety of roofing and building materials to local sites and homes
- Load and unload using the vehicle-mounted crane
- Complete delivery paperwork and checks
- Offer excellent customer service and represent the business professionally
What You Need:
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
- HIAB (Hook or Grab) certification and experience (brick grab preferred)
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of local area (preferred)
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling
- A customer-focused attitude and strong reliability
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
