Pertemps are working with a well-established business who are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the London/M25 area. You'll be managing high-profile existing accounts while identifying and converting new commercial opportunities - particularly within the hospitality and foodservice sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone who's commercially astute, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about great food and great service.
The Role:- Manage a portfolio of key clients within the hospitality sector, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
- Use your knowledge of food trends and menu analysis to target potential new customers and grow your pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams (procurement, production kitchen, marketing, ops, finance) to deliver tailored food solutions and maximise margin.
- Prepare forecasts, proposals, and business plans - and deliver regular customer meetings to review performance.
- Maintain a consultative sales approach, positioning the brand as the go-to premium food partner.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales/account management role - ideally within B2B foodservice or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering results through strategic account growth and business development.
- Strong communicator, confident presenting and influencing decision makers at all levels.
- Data-savvy - able to analyse sales trends and translate into commercial action.
- A natural relationship builder with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Previous chef experience would be a bonus - but not essential.
