Position: Business Development Manager Location: Dundee/North East Package: £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Company Car As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and optimising profit opportunities for the company. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure new business, develop existing accounts, and ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth. Work closely with internal contacts and managers, including joint client visits where required. Efficiently manage sales and purchase orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn outreach, and follow up on leads. Conduct prospecting activities to secure new accounts. Liaise with current suppliers and source alternative options to maximise cost-effectiveness. Benchmark and optimise profit margins on every order. Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales.
