Hours ~ TBC but must be flexible and work occasional weekends/evenings

Pay ~ £32,000pa

Job Description – On site Co‑ordinator & Performance coach – (Chilled Environment)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a chilled warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.
• Solid understanding of people management practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt and perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all agency warehouse operations during the day or night shift.
• Foster effective collaboration between Pertemps staff and client teams.
• Ensure all agency staff consistently wear the correct Health & Safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Organise and conduct monthly staff engagement sessions (\’surgeries\’) to address issues, gather feedback, and provide support.
• Coordinate and assist with recruitment and induction days.
