Job Description Performance Coach (Chilled Environment)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a chilled warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.
- Solid understanding of people management practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster effective collaboration between Pertemps staff and client teams.
- Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
- Challenge poor performance through 1-to-1s.
- Organise and conduct monthly staff engagement sessions (surgeries) to address issues, gather feedback, and provide support.
