We are recruiting for an Experienced Administrative Manager in one of our busy warehouses in Normanton.

Hours and Pay rates: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 (flexibility required) £13.40ph, 12 week temp to perm.

Brief Overview: This role is to provide full administration and clerical support to a warehouse fulfilment operation for our client The Range Home & Leisure. This will cover areas of Supplier Ordering, Purchase Order control, preparing Management and Key Performance Indicator information and supporting the control of time and attendance hours through Kronos & sign-in sheets. Administrating the holiday and absence records, supplying management with reports on employee absence and LTS. Review agency costings and manage T&A system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Compile information for and create Management Reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Collate staff hours and generate reporting.
  • Control the administration of supplier ordering.
  • Provide full admin support to the fulfilment operation.
  • Make sure all site notice boards are up to date and compliant.
  • Check supplier invoices through the customer's system.
  • Keep an accurate list of locker holders and keys available/apply for The Range discount cards for DHL staff keeping accurate lists.
  • Renew sign-in sheets and make new copies available for the next day.
  • T&A system management & costings approval.
