We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at our client site in Pontefract WF6 1GY This is a temporary role with a potential permanent position for the right candidate after 3 months The job role includes: Performance data tracking and sharing periodically through the day with strategic partners Update training matrix and report on any upcoming expiry dates Update site communication boards Organise induction paperwork for upcoming inductions Must be computer literate Experience in Microsoft packages would be an advantage Pay Rate is £11.68ph Shifts are rotating shifts, Monday – Friday. 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
