Are you a German speaker, studied German at university or just love speaking the language? Whether you’re a recent grad or a lifelong language enthusiast, this is your chance to use your skills in a fun, real-world setting! We’re a lively little European bubble right in the middle of Cardiff and we’re looking for German speakers to join our international team. You’ll be chatting with candidates from the German market, getting hands-on experience, and using your language skills every day in a real, meaningful way. No experience? Don’t worry! We’ll show you the ropes with full training and ongoing support. We’re all about learning together, helping each other out, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome. You’ll be working alongside German speakers and colleagues from across Europe. We’ve got over 7 nationalities and 12 languages in the office! You might even pick up a few fun phrases in Czech, Slovak or Polish to impress on your next trip abroad. The role:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates via databases, job boards, and social media; conduct interviews to assess fit for client needs.
- Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Recruitment Support: Deliver quality profiles and manage hiring projects efficiently for consultants.
- Job Advertising & Coordination: Create bilingual job ads and coordinate communication with candidates.
