Are you German or studied the language and looking for a fun way to use your skills? Come join us! We are a lively little European bubble right in the middle of Cardiff — and we are looking for German speakers to join our international team. You will be chatting with candidates from the German market, getting hands-on experience, and using your language skills every day in a real, meaningful way.

No experience? Don’t worry! We will show you the ropes with full training and ongoing support. We are all about learning together, helping each other out, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.

You will be working alongside German speakers and colleagues from across Europe — we have over 7 nationalities and 12 languages in the office! You might even pick up a few fun phrases in Czech, Slovak, or Polish to impress on your next trip abroad.

The role:

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates via databases, job boards, and social media; conduct interviews to assess fit for client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Recruitment Support: Deliver quality profiles and manage hiring projects efficiently for consultants.
  • Job Advertising & Coordination: Create bilingual job ads and coordinate communication with candidates.
