Sales Controller – Motortrade
East London
Salary: £30,000 Basic + OTE £60,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (with a day off in lieu when working Sunday, 1 in 3)
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise profitability across finance, insurance, and warranty products.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Deliver tailored finance and insurance packages to customers.
- Support and coach Sales Executives with deal structuring and negotiation.
- Provide training to develop knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to boost performance.
- Assist with part-exchange valuations and finalising deals.
