Sales Controller – Motortrade
East London
Salary: £30,000 Basic + OTE £60,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (with a day off in lieu when working Sunday, 1 in 3)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise profitability across finance, insurance, and warranty products.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver tailored finance and insurance packages to customers.
  • Support and coach Sales Executives with deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Provide training to develop knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to boost performance.
  • Assist with part-exchange valuations and finalising deals.
