Key Responsibilities: * Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient operation. * Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and directing them as necessary. * Maintaining office filing systems and databases, ensuring information is easily accessible. * Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members. * Preparing and processing documents, reports, and presentations. * Assisting with accounts and basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing and tracking expenses. * Coordinating travel arrangements and other logistics for staff. * Managing office communications and supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Skills & Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Previous experience in an office administrative role is preferred.
