Pertemps Enfield is looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Industrial division. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a warm desk and make a real impact within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 recruitment across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing roles.
  • Developing strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.
  • Sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from job briefing through to placement.
  • Ensuring all compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination tasks are completed accurately.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Previous recruitment experience (360), ideally within the industrial or temp/perm staffing sector.
  • Proven ability to win and manage business through confident, professional communication.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
