SEN Teaching Assistant. Job in Halesworth Education & Training Jobs

Pertemps Education is recruiting special needs support staff to work within the Halesworth area of Suffolk. This is a teaching assistant role within a special needs school, starting in September 2025.

SCHOOL INFORMATION:

• Manor house set within acres of land
• Ample parking
• Extensive grounds including forest schools and outdoor activities
• Facilities such as mechanics and construction workshops
• Specialist school for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Primarily supporting primary and secondary students

ROLE DETAILS:

• Supporting children with SEMH needs as a teaching assistant
• Working with both primary and secondary aged students
• Full days from 8:15 to 16:00
• Temporary agency roles with potential for permanent employment for suitable candidates
• Daily rate of £105 via an umbrella company
• Start date: September 2025
