The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils in accessing an adapted curriculum. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering lessons adapted to individual pupil needs.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
Assist with behaviour management and promoting positive social interactions.
Prepare and adapt learning resources to support engagement and understanding.
Observe and monitor pupil progress, reporting to teachers and SEN staff.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.Person Specification:
