Job Description

Premises Support Assistant\\n30 hours per week (All year round) – Between 7am – 6pm, hours to be discussed at interview\\n Working within a large, vibrant, multi-cultural primary school with over 700 pupils on roll\\n Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nGeneral site maintenance duties, both internal and external\\nEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation\\nKey holder responsibilities, including locking and unlocking the premises\\nCarrying out general handyman and repair tasks\\nAssisting with deliveries and moving furniture as required\\nSupervising and supporting the cleaning team, including providing cover when necessary\\nLiaising with contractors under the direction of the Head of Estates\\nSupporting estates operations across the wider Trust when required\\nDeputising for senior estates staff on occasionAdditional Information:\\n\\nFlexible working hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm\\nOccasional out-of-hours and additional hours as required\\nDemonstrated a proactive, flexible, and β€œcan do” approach within a busy school environment\\nMust hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service
