We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Lambeth. This role is ideal for reliable, adaptable individuals who enjoy working with children and are looking for flexible work through an education agency. You will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, including children with additional needs, helping to maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
The Role
- Support pupils in class, on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist the teacher with lesson activities and classroom organisation
- Help support children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social/emotional needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Support pupils’ social development and confidence
- Supervise during transitions, playtimes, and school activities

Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working with children (school, nursery, care, youth work or similar)

- Experience supporting SEN is highly desirable but not essential.
