We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a well-established independent SEN school in Kingston upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate, adaptable individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking for flexible work through an education agency. This specialist setting supports pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, social communication needs, and associated learning differences. The school provides a nurturing, structured environment where pupils are supported both academically and emotionally.
The Role
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher with delivering tailored learning activities
- Help implement EHCP targets and individual support strategies

- Support pupils with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
- Contribute to a safe, calm and engaging learning environment
