Are you a recent graduate looking to start a rewarding career in education?
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our specialist provision for students aged 11-16 who have faced challenges in mainstream school. Our setting combines academic learning with therapeutic support in a creative and nurturing environment, helping students rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve their potential.
The Role:
Support students 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access learning and develop social and emotional skills. Assist teachers and therapists in delivering creative, engaging lessons and activities. Build positive, supportive relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor. Encourage independence and celebrate every step of progress. Gain hands-on experience working in an inclusive education and therapeutic setting.
