Location: West Drayton

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Salary: £14.50 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing pupil admissions, including applications, transitions, and leavers
  • Utilising CPOMS and Arbor
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records in line with GDPR requirements
  • Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
  • Following up on absences and liaising with parents/carers
  • Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral staff, and external agencies
  • Preparing attendance reports and supporting attendance strategies
  • Providing general administrative support to the school office

About You:

  • Have previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role (desirable)
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident using school MIS systems Arbor and CPOMS
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
