Location: West Drayton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Salary: £14.50 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing pupil admissions, including applications, transitions, and leavers
- Utilising CPOMS and Arbor
- Maintaining accurate pupil records in line with GDPR requirements
- Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
- Following up on absences and liaising with parents/carers
- Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral staff, and external agencies
- Preparing attendance reports and supporting attendance strategies
- Providing general administrative support to the school office
About You:
- Have previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role (desirable)
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident using school MIS systems Arbor and CPOMS
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
