What You’ll Do:- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Monitor cutting operations and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
- Proven experience operating and setting up laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
- Strong understanding of materials (steel, aluminium, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
