We have a great opportunity for someone to join our team and help support on all of our installation deliveries and help scheduling. A new opportunity to join this expanding business where you will travel to both sites from time to time, working closely with internal departments. The sites are in Dudley and Kingswinford. A chance to join this dynamic team in this newly created role, a varied role that requires someone organised and good with reporting and administrative tasks. The main duties will be: Digital filing, organising invoices etc. Checking and putting together job packs. Printing labels. Downloading Power Certs for completed products and uploading these onto the customer portal. Update customer and delivery tracker, with information relating to the completed product. Review site reports. Interacting with customers, providing and processing information in response to enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely manner through email when required. Answering and dealing with incoming calls and email queries/orders. We are looking for someone with the below skills: Able to build strong, credible business relationships with internal and external parties. Organized with experience in a similar administrative role. Excellent prioritising skills. Good attention to detail. Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm. Company benefits following successful completion of the probationary period: Holiday entitlement of 25 days per year, in addition to all UK Bank Holidays.
