This role focuses on managing relationships with high-end clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for these clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Main Responsibilities of the Account Manager: o Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities. o Serve as a main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. o Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs. o Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. o Address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. o Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery experiences. o Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement. o Analyse client data to anticipate needs and provide tailored recommendations.
