Dudley Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Telehandler Operator on behalf of our client in Dudley. As a Telehandler Operator, you will be responsible for operating telehandlers to move materials, equipment, and supplies. Your role is vital in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials to support various construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and place materials as required Perform routine maintenance and inspections on telehandlers Assist with loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material handling and placement Maintain accurate logs and records of telehandler operations and maintenance Requirements: Proven experience as a Telehandler Operator Valid telehandler operator certification Strong understanding of telehandler operations, maintenance, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret site plans and material handling instructions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions Hours of work: 6am-5pm Monday to Thursday 6am-3.45pm Fridays Rate of pay: £11.49 per hour
