Royal Mail is looking for dedicated and reliable delivery drivers to join their team in Dudley. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that mail and parcels are delivered to our customers on time and with care. You will be responsible for driving and delivering mail in a safe and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safely drive and deliver parcels and mail within a specified area in Dudley. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail to both residential and business addresses. Handle and load packages and mail efficiently. Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism during interactions with customers. Adhere to all traffic laws and Royal Mail safety regulations.Requirements: A valid UK driving license (held for at least 1 year). Ability to lift and carry parcels of varying sizes and weights. Good communication skills for interacting with customers. Must be comfortable with undergoing a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
