Punch Press Setter Location: DudleyPay: £14 per hourWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturer based in Dudley who are looking to add a skilled Punch Press Setter to their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced operator to secure long term work with a growing business.Role Overview:

• Setting and operating punch press machines to produce metal components to spec
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job sheets
• Conducting routine quality checks and adjusting settings as required
• Maintaining equipment and following health and safety procedures
• Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets

Shift Pattern:

• Weekly rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating and setting punch press machines (mechanical or CNC)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and measuring equipment
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
