Laser Setter Operator with FLT Licence – Dudley £14–£15 per hour Rotating morning and afternoon shifts Are you an experienced Laser Setter who knows their way around a workshop and has a valid FLT licence? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established engineering and metal fabrication company in Dudley and they’re looking for someone to bring precision, reliability and a touch of skill to their growing team. Job duties: Setting and operating laser machines to produce high quality metal parts Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings Using FLT to move sheet metal and materials safely Maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality Playing a key role in a friendly and skilled production team Hours you’ll work: Mornings: Monday to Friday 6am-2.30pm Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 2pm-11.30pm Fridays 2pm-6pm Total: 40 hours per week Pay & Benefits £14 – £15 per hour (depending on experience) Overtime available (at enhanced rates) On-site parking Join a supportive, skilled team in a growing manufacturing business About you: Experienced Laser Setter Operator Current FLT licence (counterbalance or reach) Confident working from engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude Reliable and keen to be part of a long-term opportunity Apply today and take the next step in your manufacturing career
